Four decades of partnership between MSA Philippines and Metropolitan Medical Center have solidified their relationship as family.
We experienced this during the dark days of the COVID-19 pandemic. Their mammoth contribution in managing our COVID patients speaks for itself. Many lives were saved because of their ventilators and dedicated staff.

We have been in partnership with the Medical Services of America (MSA) for the Pulmonary Services of Our Lady of the Pillar Medical Center from 2002 to 2013 and from 2020 up to the present.
Throughout the course of their affiliation, the MS Personnel displayed a high level of professionalism, experience, dedication, and commitment to quality. MSA did a good job of cultivating a teamwork-oriented atmosphere and worked well with the hospital's Management, Medical Staff, and employees to find solutions to problems and overcome numerous challenges in the course of the partnership. MS understands many of the unique rules, regulations, and procedures that come along with the hospital's integrated ISO Certification and did a good job of providing all the necessary paperwork and credentials.
We highly recommend Medical Services of America (MS) as OLPMC's Pulmonary Services Provider.

MSA Philippines had practically supported the growth of the Medical Center from its infancy up to where it is now. I believe it must have been a pre-destined partnership from the beginning. The MSA .Ph had infused machines and equipment together with trained staff to operate them based on the current and projected needs of the hospital. Medical cases in the past that would require special machines for urgent use due to the resurgent of unusual respiratory cases were adequately managed by them by tapping resources from their other hospital branches.
The real importance of the presence of MSA.Ph unit in our hospital was significantly magnified during the years of the Covid 19 pandemic. Their trained staff with their machines and equipment never left the hospital. This fact contributed to the better survival and recoveries of many of our Covid patients then.
The present as well as the past MSA.Ph staff assigned to our hospital are well-liked and appreciated by patients and hospital employees. They are properly trained and very friendly to our patients in the performance of their duties. I have been informed by patients and their relatives and I have personally observed such attitudes and kindness myself. They understand that the care and healing attention a patient gets at home should also be shared and applied within the walls of a hospital. A hospital should just be a temporary extension of one’s home where trained personnel use machines and equipments to hasten the healing and the patient’s return to the comfort of his home.
The utilization of outsourced services is integral factor in the beginnings and continued existence of healthcare facilities. The sustainability of the medical services given in the hospital is supported by the several outsourced services we maintain.
Our relationship with the Medical Services of America (Philippines), Inc. shall continue to flourish. Together we shall consistently embrace and foster the true meanings of a Medical Partnership in our goals to be of service to others.
