Procurement Specialist

  1. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Purchase goods or services that meet the quantity and quality expectations of the organization
  2. Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors
  3. Process accrediting new vendors
  4. Stay up to date on industry trends and new products
  5. Compare available goods with industry trends to determine appropriate pricing
  6. Monitors purchase order and coordinate with the vendor on the timely delivery
  7. Coordinate with Supply chain and accounting for timely payment of vendors
  8. Assist in handling importation activities
  9. Processing and monitoring of payment for international & logistics transactions
